•    How to send artwork that cannot be uploaded? You may email your art as an attachment. On the bottom of most pages you will see the "Any Problems or Suggestions? Please Tell Us" link. Please include as much information as possible. Include your desired product, brand and color. Include any artwork request such as ink colors, layout and sizing. Some uploaded graphics and pictures may be subject to additional charges. If you are in a rush please include a due date in hopes that we may be able to met your needs. •    Artwork Formats We prefer artwork in Bmp, Gif, Jpg, tif. Psd. Ppd. Eps. Ai. or Cdf. formats and must be compatible with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. We prefer artwork saved in vector format and fonts should be saved in outlines. •    Can we create artwork? Yes, our graphic design team can create original artwork or touch up existing artwork. •    Do you charge for artwork? Customers receive 1 /2hour of artwork time for each order. Once a customer has exceeded 30 min. of artwork the customer will be notified and will be billed in 30 minute increments of $25.00.
