•    How do I get a price quote? Get INSTANT quotes online as you create your order. Locate the "Get Quote" link located on design lab menu above the Tshirt image or on homepage. Enter in your imprint information and size break down to get instant quotes. All quotes are all-inclusive and have no hidden charges. Quotes include all artwork (excluding customer uploaded multicolored artwork), set-up charges and we offer free ground shipping as a special bonus. Multiple-colored customer uploaded artwork may not calculate accurately. You may confirm correct pricing by using the Instant Quoter and inserting the number of colors expected to be printed. All prices will be verified by udotshirts.com prior to acceptance of your order. udotshirts.com is not responsible for any errors or miscalculations as a result of a malfunction in the operation of the site Calculator. We reserve the right to adjust or refuse any order. •    What is the Minimum order size? There is a 12 piece minimum on all orders, including repeat orders. •    What is your standard production time? Orders are shipped out within 7-10 business days after final art approval and payment verification. We often ship sooner. •    What services do you offer? We offer top quality screen printing and embroidery services on 1st quality name brand apparel as well as on thousands of premium products. •    What payment methods to you accept? We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card. Online Payments are made on a secure server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology •    Can you create artwork for me? Yes, if it is created in our design wizard, this service is 100% FREE! Our graphic design team can create original artwork or recreate existing designs to suit your needs. This will be billed at $35 per half hour increment. •    How are discount or promo codes applied? ONLY ONE PROMOTIONAL OFFER PER ORDER. - PROMOTIONAL OFFERS CANNOT BE COMBINED. Discount does not apply to shipping, handling, or taxes, and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. •    Shipping We currently ship to the continental U.S,excluding AK, HI, via UPS ground transit as our standard shipping method. You will receive an email notification from UPS when your order ships. If you require special shipping, we will assist you with that carrier. The customer is required to pay any special or extra shipping costs. All transit times are in business days, which do not include Saturday or Sunday. All delivery times for ground packages are " by the end of business day" according to the carrier. *UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box(es) or on weekends. Quick and Lightning orders RUSH the production process and incur a RUSH FEE. Standard free shipping still applies. Faster shipping may require additional cost billed to the customer. •    Can I add to my order? This may be possible if you contact customer service within 24hrs. Otherwise, you must place a new minimum order. •    Can I have more than one shirt color ? Yes, but they must all use the same design and ink print color. To receive the quantity discount, order all as one color but in the notes tell us the other shirt color and size breakout.
